2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

      3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;

      5. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Scope of this policy
This refund policy applies only to Finnish language learning courses where the primary purpose of the product is language acquisition and skill level progression. Other products, including business related courses, coaching, trainings, or digital products, are excluded from this refund policy.

Finnish language courses and incorrect level placement
If a customer purchases a Finnish language course and the course level is clearly not suitable for their skill level, the customer may be eligible for a refund.

Refund eligibility conditions
A refund may be granted if
– the course level is significantly too easy or too advanced for the customer
– the refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
– the customer has not substantially completed the course content

Refunds will not be granted if
– the course has been largely completed or consumed
– the content has been downloaded in full
– the course description and level information were clear and accurate at the time of purchase
– misuse or repeated refund requests are detected

Assessment of level suitability
The suitability of the course level is evaluated by the School based on the course description, the customer’s stated background, and reasonable use of the course materials. Refund decisions are made on a case by case basis.

Non language and business related products
All non language products, including business courses, coaching programs, and other digital products, are delivered with immediate access. Once access has been granted, all sales are final and no refunds are provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

EU right of withdrawal for digital content
For non language products, by completing the purchase you expressly agree that
– delivery of the digital content begins immediately after purchase
– you waive your statutory right of withdrawal once access is granted

Technical issues
If technical problems prevent access to purchased content, the School will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or restore access.
